We are seeking a dedicated Client Communication Specialist to join our close-knit team. This contractual role (10-20 hours per week) is ideal for someone with experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry.

You’ll work closely with our co-founders and valued clients, providing vital support and representation.

• Manage appointment bookings and rescheduling

• Oversee client communication across multiple platforms

• Handle email management and client journey procedures

• Implement automated booking processes (online bookings, reminders, deposits)

• Create and contact waitlists for quiet periods or late cancellations

• Strategically store client documentation

• Schedule meetings and perform data entry

• Provide exceptional customer service while managing tasks under pressure

• Experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry

• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

• The ability to deliver the highest level of customer service

• Previous experience with booking software (Timely Booking Software experience is a plus, but not essential)

• A proactive, positive attitude and a love for working in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment
